Impression of Me - Rockaway
Impression made between May 4th – 7th 2017.
With the commencement of a new ferry service, I grabbed some fresh bubble gum to chew out a rhythm on and hitched a ride to Rockaway Beach.
At their best, photographs are a self-portrait, saying more about the photographer than the subject. “Impression of Me” are essays in immediate “knee jerk” reactions to a location - As a practice, I shoot every day someplace [usually new] for a short and finite period of time.
